We only supply/deliver Fireworks to mainland UK - For other destinations please contact us on 0808 111 0511 or email:sales@cheapestsparklersonline.co.uk

Please make sure there will be someone (aged 18 years or over) at the delivery address to sign for the shipment and avoid the extra charge for re-delivery.

If you have any issues relating to the delivery. Please inform us within 72hrs from the time you receive the shipment by email:sales@cheapestsparklersonline.co.uk

We reserve the right, not to accept an order and refund the payment within 7 days of placing the order.

If at the first, second or third attempt delivery cannot be completed the package(s) will be returned by the courier company to our business premises in Luton. Should it be necessary for the delivery to be attempted a fourth, a delivery charge will apply. Payment will always be taken before dispatch.

If a delivery is refused/not accepted without a good reason. Then a re-stocking charge of 50% (of the order value) will be deducted from the refund due.

All refunds incur a restocking charge of 50% so please bear that in mind before ordering.  Order a sample if you are not sure.

Once goods ordered have left our premises delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier company. CheapestSparklersOnline.co.uk cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods ordered and we will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery issues our customers report to us, so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.
